clip_image002Considering the more and more challenging environment that entrepreneurs have to face in order to keep the pace with the current geopolitical situation and the general global changes, the behavioral and cross-cultural factor became the key-factor to pursue the success both at local and global level, overcoming the conventional belief the strong managerial skills are the most important prerequisite for successful entrepreneurs.

This is the leitmotif that inspired the first session of the Workshop “Doing business with the PRC” that took place in Rome on November 19th . The event gathered a big number of entrepreneurs interested in exploring new possibilities in the Chinese market or in attracting potential Chinese investors and business partners.
The first session of the Workshop, organized by CN Giada Verde, in cooperation with the Institute of High Euro Mediterranean Studies (IASEM), has been chaired by the CEO  HaoXuan Yin and by the Head of the Legal Department Atty. Vincenzo Palmisano. The two experts shade lights not just on general issues but, moreover, on the entrepreneurs’ real concerns over dealing with the Chinese-market entry-process, as well during the maintenance of a stable position and the identification of growth strategies.
The first session has been focused on general notions regarding cultural, economic and social aspects related to PRC’s current business environment, retracing the history of the sino-italian commercial relationship and analyzing some success stories of Italian companies that greatly benefited from the internationalization towards China. In this sense, knowing how to approach China and the Chinese counterparts is the precondition for the success of any business project.
The Workshop will continue during two more sessions scheduled by the end of 2016, respectively on December 3rd and 17th. The two days will focus on more technical aspects regarding the Chinese legal, administrative and bureaucratic environment. Besides the different investment forms, some case studies will be analyzed in order to get a deeper knowledge of the most common errors and, more in general, of the most effective practices in terms of trademark protection, custom regulations, and general market access issues.

The three-days workshop will include many practical and interactive activities and will end with the possibility of a personal business consulting tailored on the specific requests of each participant. CN Giada Verde experts will guide the entrepreneurs in the evaluation of the best internationalization strategy according to the type of goods or services provided.
