The third annual edition of the training course ‘International Arbitration’ was recently held at University of Roma Tre – School of Law, organized by the University itself in collaboration with AIA, CAM and ICC, the International Court of Arbitration.
The event hosted important lecturers both from the national and the international academic world and participants coming from more than 20 different countries such as USA, Japan and Turkey.
Among the guests, there was also the Cn Giada Verde team, grasping the opportunity to get a training and refresher course about the international arbitrations in such an important and rare occasion.
The lecture began on September 26th , with discussions on the international arbitration basis , and, after a 5 day event dedicated to a wide variety of topics, it ended on September 30th at Unidroit (the International Institute for the Unification of the Private Law) with a lecture entitled ‘Mandatory rules and international Arbitrators, in the light of Article 1.4 of the Unidroit Principles’, held by Yves Derains – co-founder of the law firm Derains & Gharavi International, jurist and internationally renowned arbitrator – and introduced by Prof. Alberto Mazzoni, President of Unidroit and Andrea Zoppini, law professor at the University Roma Tre.
